This guy in Valley Ridge and he’s playing with his daughter and he’s always nice The problem is that I asked a couple friends about him and they all say he’s a drug addict and that he is not somebody I want to be around now. Well Urban done moved down here to Clifton and spends more time in his house than doing his job when he is on duty. I can count hours of taxpayers money being wasted on the gas he leaves outside his running while he is inside and then he leaves the lights on high where they literally blind anyone coming up the street. Don’t know how many times people had to go 3 mph just to get by police suv just so they can see the road. Then he acts like he does Clifton good. I have heard this man do nothing but whine and complain. Horrible he needs on sale daylight so chief can keep eye on him just to make sure he doing what he is suppose to do
